Monthly tuition notices (envelopes) will be sent to parents (through the students) on the first school day of each month (September through May). Tuition is due by the 10th of each month. Parents are urged to pay by check. Since the school office ordinarily has very little petty cash on hand, we will no longer be able to provide change to our families at the time of payment. If you routinely make tuition payments in cash, we ask that you please pay the exact amount.

Tuition not paid by the 10th of the month is considered past due. There will be a $10.00 late charge on past due tuition. There will be a $15.00 service charge on returned checks. If tuition/school fees are more than two (2) months in arrears, a Certified Letter with a Return Receipt requested, will be sent to parents. If after all means available have been tried, and no satisfactory response has been received, school services will be discontinued.

Tuition Refund Policy

If a student withdraws during the year, the tuition refund will be pro-rated.

2006-2007 Tuition Rates

* Parishioner: To be classified as a registered, contributing, participating parishioner, the parish records should reflect a minimum monthly contribution of $20.00. Payments must be made using church envelopes or checks. Parishioners contribution patterns will be analyzed monthly to determine that the family is on pace to achieve at least the minimum annual contribution level. If not, the school account will be changed to the non-parishioner rate.

Tuition Assistance

Additional tuition assistance is available to families who are unable to pay the fixed rates. A Tuition Assistance Policy will be published for the next school year.

A $25.00 per month reduction in tuition will be given on each child after the first in grades 3K through 3rd grade. A $50.00 per month reduction will apply for a second or third child entering 4th or 5th grade.

Registration Fee

Parishioner: $80.00 per student (non-refundable) payable at time of registration (Refundable if space is unavailable)

Non-Parishioner: $100.00 per student (non-refundable) payble at time of registration (Refundable if space is unavailable)

Late registration fee of $40.00 will be assessed after April 2.

School Fee

School fee is $120.00 per student (due by June 10). After June 10, the fee will be $150.00 per student.

PTC Fee

PTC fees are $10.00 per family (due in September).

Student Accident Insurance Fee

School insurance for each student is now mandated by the Archdiocese of San Antonio. The insurance fee is $10.00 per student (due by September 10). This fee is mandatory. Policy information will be sent out at "Back to School Night".

Extended Care Program

Before and After School Care is offered for students from 6:30 A.M. through 6:00 P.M. on school days for the convenience of working parents, or drop-in care for any of our parents needing a day for errands, etc. Students dropped off after 7:45 A.M. need not be enrolled in before school care. Payments for before and after school care start on August 1 (10 payments) and are as follows:

If a student is to be picked up by anyone other than those individuals listed on the student's information form, a note must be sent to school with the child, signed and dated by the parent.

If you are picking up your child after class at 11:30am or 3:15pm, you are asked to wait for your child on the playground or at the gate so that class will not be interrupted. The Extended Care Program children may be picked up inside or out, wherever they may be during the afternoon.
