What is FACTS?
FACTS is an online tuition payment system. Monthly Tuition: Payments are made through FACTS online August - May. Mandatory registration with FACTS is required. Click on the FACTS logo on our homepage to visit the website.
Are lunch payments part of FACTS?
No, you need to send lunch money in a sealed envelope with student’s name along with pertinent
information on the outside of the envelope.
What kind of technology does the school have?
Every classroom has a computer center, interactive Smart board technology. Every student is
equipped with a NEO 2 laptop, and each student attends weekly computer lab classes.
What curriculum does the school follow?
T.C.C.E.D. The Texas Catholic Conference Education Department curriculum.
Do you have religion everyday?
Yes. Aside from the daily religion taught in class, there is community prayer Monday through Wednesday. We attend mass every Thursday morning. There is also a “prayer table” in each classroom. We also provide community service and celebrate all Catholic traditional holy days.
What is Renaissance learning?
A tutorial for reading and math, an internet based learning program available in school and at
home: Accelerated Reader, Accelerated Math, Math Facts in a Flash. We also have STAR
Reader and STAR Math Assessments that are given quarterly to each student.

What is P.T.C.?
The purpose of the P.T.C. is to strengthen the relationship between your home and the school, to serve as a conduit of information regarding the school, and to be a resource for fundraising opportunities.
What is the Advisory Council?
A board of members consisting of parents, former parents, clergy and the principal. School issues are discussed.
What is stewardship?
Stewardship is defined as “the practice of considering and treating all things, the earth and one’s
own life (time, talent, and treasure) as belonging to God and oneself as the manager, or “steward”.
Contract stewardship hours are listed below:
Parishioner: family $20 /hr. or 20 hours, single parent $20 /hr or 10 hours
Non Parishioner: family $30 /hr. or 20 hours, single parent $30 /hr or 10 hours
