... the investment we made in our boys, Joshua and William, to attend St. Louis School has been more rewarding than any other. Their yearning for learning, commitment to service and faithfulness to the Catholic Church ... have followed them into their adult years.

Welcome to St. Louis Catholic School

St. Louis Catholic School serves PreK3 - Grade 5

Welcome! Our goal at St. Louis is to prepare young people for the future. Catholic education takes this goal a step further: it prepares children to meet the challenges of life as Christians. St. Louis Catholic School educates children in a Christian environment. The process is “God-Centered”. Our school ministers to the whole child; this means there is a deep commitment to educate the whole person, complementing the home in helping each child to develop to his or her full potential spiritually, intellectually, socially, and physically.

SLCS is accredited through Texas Catholic Conference Education Department (TCCED) and an active member of National Catholic Education Association (NCEA).

Stewardship Hours:
Do you need stewardship hours? Our special project of painting our school hallways is set to begin January 27th & 28th. Please mark your calendar. Let Aaron Cooper know at 830-931-1315 that we can count on you to come and help him. ***A good suggestion is that someone could volunteer babysitting time here at school that would help a lot of parents that would otherwise not be able to volunteer.
PANCAKE BREAKFAST 2/5/12:
The 5th grade Pancake Breakfast will be on Sunday, February 5th from 8:00am-10:30am. It will be held in the gym. Please come out and support our 5th grade class as this money will be used for their graduation.
EARN A FREE SIX FLAGS TICKET:
Read to Succeed is a free educational program sponsored by Six Flags to inspire kids in grades K through 5 to engage in recreational reading. Students who complete six hours of recreational, non-school-related reading are eligible to earn a free admission ticket to a participating Six Flags theme park. Reading logs are due to Mrs. Rihn by 2/27/12. For more information visit the library page.
